This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Set right in the heart of Times Square it is easy to get everywhere in the city. Rooms are spacious extremely quiet and really comfortable beds. They are spotlessly clean and comfortable after a full day of sightseeing. The bars are relaxed and the staff are all so helpful and polite. The hotel also smells gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again, worth every penny.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The staff is really incredible special thanks to Lucy and Betty for making our stay even more special! The location and rooms are just perfect, look no further this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Ny! The only bad part was that we had to leave 1 night earlier because of a snow storm and since we prepared the hotel we lost one night.

The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable, however dated and in need of a refresh. The twice daily house keeping was excellent. The staff were lovely and helpful when approached. The location of the hotel is fabulous - so close to everything! Disappointingly the rooms have no tea/coffee facilities and no mini bar. Room service was of high quality and fast.
