The location was great. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. We were able to check in early, which was nice. Come in from a flight to freshen up and explore. We were able to check out late with a small fee would definitely stay.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and we appreciated the nice cool temp in our room due to a hot and humid week in the city. The only downside is the tiny bathroom. You have to close the door completely to be able to stand in front of the sink.

The location is amazing. About 18-20 min to Timeshare walking distance. However I thought this hotel were a luxury one as the pictures showed. Isn't luxury at all, the rooms and bathrooms are very old, not conditioner for hair, just a shampoo (3 in one).

Hotel is located just feet away from a train and 15 minutes from Penn Station. Good food all around and I felt safe leaving and going at all times of the day. Early check in was not possible but was able to kill time shopping and eating. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms in between our stay which was amazing. Air conditioning sounded like a plane landing each time it turned on but thankfully I’m a good sleeper. Would come back

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and in a great location! The air conditioning was the best to come back to after being outside in the heat and humidity. The only downside, and it's not anything major, was most of the ice machines were out of order except for the one on the fourth floor. Overall, we had a great experience though and would definitely stay here again!

The room we had was perfect for two people. We were there in June and it was hot outside but our room was nice and cool. There are two elevators a they are pretty quick. We will stay here again. The neighborhood was safe and there were lots of food Options close by. There is a subway entrance two blocks away.
