This hotel is awesomely cool. Lots of artsy types come here to enjoy the mecca of private art galleries the next block down, the staff is great, the entire building is warm, authentic and comfortable. The small lobby is a great place to hang out, with its small coffee and bar. It felt like a small hotel, yet it had a grand feeling about it.

It was impossible to sleep with the thin walls and metal plates at the intersection. There was also little to no hot water. The room was clean and bed was comfortable but overall it felt lacking.

Charming new discovery

We loved this hotel. Our room was charming and very comfortable. The hotel staff was welcoming and we loved the ambiance of the lobby. We’re definitely planning to stay here again.

Older hotel with antique furnishings was nice. Good size for hotel. No food or restaurants onsite, several issues with room asked them to fix and the issues were never fixed and when I addressed it again upon check out there was really not a good explanation of why the items were not fixed. Construction right in front of hotel and all thru the night not good

Great location. Friendly staff. Very quiet hotel for sleeping. I was in the city for a weekend seminar and the hotel was walking distance. However I had no hot water for my shower my first morning and I had to wash my hair in the sink which weirdly did have hot water. I was told by a nice gentleman that he’d have an engineer look at it but it was still cold when I checked out. I did see a previous review with the same issue so it must be a building issue.
