Lovely boutique property in Midtown. Room was spacious and bathroom is tiny. Our bed was comfortable and hardly any street noise since our room was on the third floor. Front desk staff are a pleasure and sweet as can be. Check in was super easy and quick. We were even able to get our room early. Madison Square Garden was a five minute walk to see Harry Styles N1 of his 30 night residency.

Good hotel in a great location. The rooms were comfortable, although the beds were quite small. One thing to be cautious about is additional charges. We were charged a $500 smoking fee even though we were travelling with our children and no one smoked in the room. We believe my hairdryer may have triggered the sensor. There was no other evidence of smoking, and thankfully, after disputing the charge, we were able to have it reversed.

The room was clean and spacious for 3 people. Bathroom is small and not spacious enough to get ready in. Hotel was centrally located and the front desk staff was extremely helpful. They had umbrellas ready for the rain, restaurant suggestions, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
