We had a lovely little balcony room on the 21st floor, where there were only two rooms (we booked both, one for us and one for friends). The room itself was extremely clean, the floors were not carpeted (LOVE), the bed was comfortable, and it was relatively quiet considering the noise outside on the street. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for more, really. We will definitely stay again!

The Gotham hotel was one of the bests stays I have ever had in NYC!! The staff was amazing- the room was extremely spacious- we had a balcony, though we didn’t use it because we were out most of the time is was cool to have, we did think we would use it but we were to tired!! The affiliation with the garage across the street is another added bonus!!! HUGE savings there!!! I would hands down stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone else- it’s steps from 5th ave and steps from grand central!! Awesome location!!! LOVED THIS HOTEL!!! The coffee shop next door was great as well!

The location is perfect! The only thing that I was disappointed about is that when I made the reservation, I selected a room with a city view. We were given a room on the 5th floor with visibility that did not compare to what was advertised on the website. Other than that, everything was clean, staff very helpful, and the cost was reasonable for the number of days we stayed.
