The location is excellent. There was a lovely coffee cafe across the street that was great for a light breakfast or lunch. Is quite noisy and the room was clean but basic. Overall, would stay again because of the superb location.

Great pricing, hotel/elevators/rooms were clean and staff were nice. Sunny at the concierge was so kind, so helpful and a pleasure to keep up with everyday. Additionally, everyone was very accommodation to my seizure response dog. Will return again !

Overall good place to stay at. It is a bit outdated within the rooms. The staff did not answer the phone the day of check in as I was calling because I would be checking in fairly late that night. GREAT location for Time Square though I must say, 5-6 minute walk. I do think the price was a bit much for what you get, but the rooms are cleaned every morning of your stay and clean overall.

The location of the hotel was close to all you want to see in New York. We booked a family room. Although it was pratical, it became a little small when you have luggages. Also, we had to request for more towels, which is weird considering it is a room for 6 and we booked for 6 person. But the staff was very helpful and brought us what we needed. Air conditioning worked well and we were happy to have it during hot days.

Great location and good sized rooms. I was very high up so I had no issue with street noise. Overall, I was comfortable throughout my stay and would consider booking again. One thing to note, they charge a $100 per night for each night of your stay deposit (e.g. you stay 2 nights and it’s $200).

Lovely place to stay. The staff were lovely, one of the staff kept giving me dirty looks one day while i was just sitting, but i didn’t pay too much mind to it. Went to the gym once and it was okay, didn’t have much equipment, but it’s okay. The bathroom was quite small which was annoying but i got used to it. i do understand the $100 a day refundable fee, but personally think it shouldn’t be that high. i did get it back a day later though so yeh. there was one ice machine that was never working which was annoying as i kept having to go to a different floor, but other than that, it was good.

Great location for theatre goers and those planning to shop around Times Square and convenient access to subway. Rooms are not sound proof, no in-house restaurants (but you can access plenty of eateries nearby).

In a great location to Time Square. Huge selection of Restaurants nearby. Area is great. Property is poorly maintained..All of the Ice machines were either gone or out of order which was no good with no fridges in the room. We were put on Level 5 and the noise from the street was horrible,we asked to be move and they were very good and moved us to the 9h floor which was so much better. It's a pity that they haven't maintained the property.Overall stay was alright.
