The staff at the hotel can’t do enough for you. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Great location and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of New York so we slept really well with no disturbances. Gym is quite small but is stocked with good equipment. Rooms are on the smaller side but this is New York so very expected. Loved the furnishings of the room, felt cosy and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was solid but wish they had more hot options.

Customer service was off the charts. To the point where I noticed a team member carrying clean towels go all the way up to the 10th floor with me to only press his floor (4th) after I left the elevator as to not interrupt my trip up the elevator. This goes to show the level of attention this hotel puts towards guest experience, and it does not go unnoticed. Amazing location, well kept, and once again, above and beyond customer experience. Highly recommended.

Loved staying here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in all areas. The bars are fantastic and had some of the best service in NY. Bedding was super comfortable, and you could feel the quality in the linens. I would love to stay here again. Only complaint was trying to get the room to cool down after the heat had been on upon arrival (we Texans like it cold lol). Rooms were quiet and cozy. Perfect getaway.

The location was great! We even walked back from shopping on 5th ave to the hotel. The room was small but it was fine as we were in and out. All linens were Frette, bed was super comfortable, and the shower was hot! We were on the 9th floor so we didn’t hear any street noises. Breakfast was grab and go but there was a hot option and there was space in the cafe if you wanted to sit and eat there. It was a perfect stay for the weekend!
