The customer service was great, my room had an awesome view, and checking in was super easy. The only problem was a small leak from the AC and not enough towels, but they fixed it quickly. I'd totally come back and stay again.

This is our go to place when we visit our daughter in NYC. It’s a cute little boutique hotel with a great location for us. The restaurant/bar located inside is a great place for a night cap. Staff is always very friendly. The room is clean and the bed is large and comfortable.
