The service was generally great but Ayman made it exceptional, he is very nice and friendly and makes a point to great everyone. He was very helpful, service oriented. The roof top terrace has beautiful view and the food is surprisingly good. This is my new go to place in NY.

Great location and prices for what you get. Right on a starting East West bus line as well as a North/South. Couple blocks from a subway. Building is dated but in good condition- and free laundry machines a bonus. Rooftop bar was just okay as staying in the hotel doesn’t grant you access over outsiders m

I had a beautiful sunny room with a kitchen and a beautiful view.the mattress is comfortable, the property is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The property has a great roof top with a view to not miss, they serve food and drinks. The hotel is walking distance to so so many things, you are in a residential area yet just a few blocks away you can be in more vibrant shopping areas, restaurants etc etc… Now that I know this hotel it will become my home away from home

Studio rooms are smaller than the pictures online. Very poorly equipped kitchen which is placed basically as the entry hall. No dining space. We had a long term stay in AKA before. I can't even compare the quality. Very mediocre. Not a good option if you are after a "comfortable" long term stay. Staff are friendly.

We love staying at this hotel, the room was big and the balcony view was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional, they help us check in ahead of time, offer coffee and hot chocolate for the kids, arrange our shuttle to the airport, etc they help in every way. The location is perfect with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to many iconic places. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

A great option if you're looking for more of an apartment type of feel instead of a large hotel. Staff was awesome. Room was clean and well appointed. Convenient location to Time Square, Central Park, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was EXCELLENT, especially Hector's service at the front desk. He allowed us do an early check in and helped us get a taxi when we left in the middle of the rain. We would definitely come back.

This is s great place to stay! The room (actually an apartment) was spotless and very comfortable. Wifi worked impeccably and the front desk staff were outstanding. Big plus, very cool bar on the 26th floor.

I've stayed here twice ready and I really enjoy being at this hotel. The kitchen is a major plus for me. The bar upstairs is nice. Their staff is friendly. The drinks are very nice! My only complaint is the parking situation, but it's New York, so there's nothing new there. All in all this hotel is a great place to stay in the city.
