Nice rooms. I loved the coffee and coffee maker. safe and refrigerator in the rooms. It was large and spaceous. I could not figure out how to regulate the air conditioner and ended up turning it on and off as needed. Lighting was dim and dark. would have been nice to have a chair and bigger closet racks.

Simple, clean, cheap and close to the bus terminal. Honestly I have no major complaints. The staff were nice checking me in. You have pizza and the rest of Hell’s Kitchen one way and a bar/restaurant and Times Square the other way. I guess the only challenge is elevators. Small and slow. Might take you some time getting up to your room if there’s a lot of people traveling up too.

The room itself was decent but there was no room to put things. And the room was huge! there was no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. I finally realized we were put in a handicapable room so I don't know it that was the reason for the lack of storage. Other than that the common areas were very nice and staff super friendly. Had no issues with the elevators (quite ofter in NYC they don't work half the time)

The room was clean, spacious, and had lots of amenities for us to enjoy. The only downside for me was the bathroom layout. There wasn’t a door separating the shower from the sink and toilet area, and the water seemed to flow directly toward the rest of the bathroom, which gave me a little anxiety lol. I also felt that the bathroom could have been cleaner. I’m only mentioning this to provide some feedback and hopefully give the hotel room for improvement. No hate at all—the overall stay was still good, and I appreciate the effort!

We had a great experience at Delta by Marriott in New York! We arrived very early, around 9 AM, expecting only to leave our luggage until check-in, but they were able to give us a room right away. This was incredibly helpful after our trip and allowed us to rest before starting our day. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable, which was perfect after long days walking around New York. We also received a $25 daily credit to use at the hotel restaurant or café. The prices were a little high, but the credit was still a nice benefit and enough to enjoy something each day. The location was excellent, especially because there is a major subway station very close to the hotel, making it easy to get around Manhattan and visit different parts of the city. On our last day, the staff also stored our luggage for us at no additional cost, so we could continue exploring the city before leaving. Overall, we had a very good stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to New York!
