Location is prime!!! Walkable to hundreds of restaurants, cafes stores and full shopping. Citi field is only a 18 minute walk. You can catch numerous buses and train to the city and most of NYC. Super safe!!! Rooms are clean. Good WiFi. Bed is comfortable. Staff is fantastic. I would 100% book again in the near future.

The hotel has everything you need but it’s nothing fancy. The staff are friendly and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It is in an awesome location if you like Chinese food and are going to citi field.

The Asian girl at the reception desk lobby was very very helpful and friendly ,patient and tried her best to assist . the rooms were dissappointing.very disappointing.too small.cant even walk around in it.needs a serious upgrade.for the price they charge as another very well maintained hotel,this is absolutely ridiculous .I was very unhappy during my stay and I also had small kids with me.

The train station near is very convenient, around there is a lot of restaurants options. The staff are good with everything you need and also they cleaned the room every day. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was broken the last few days but changed us to another room in 2 floor.

There was no WiFi, the sign for the hotel was on a paper on the window while the bigger sign on the hotel had a different name, the blankets were thin, and it looked like they were remodeling. However, the room was clean, the air conditioning was pretty good, the staff was nice, and there were a lot of shops nearby, although they were mostly for food.

My room was clean. The air conditioning was working the way it should. When it came to the TV channel l was trying to watch it but that channel wasn’t working properly, no big deal. I could watch it on my phone. It was my first time at this hotel, but my second time in this area and l like that the train station is close. which it’s the 7 train. Lots of shops near. Personally l just needed a place where to leave my bags( stuffs) and to lay my head down at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was ok for the price. Place was clean. I did not like that dead bolt on front door wasn’t the best. For peace of mind I propped chair under door handle. Water was hot for showers. The hotel is a shelter for migrants but I did not have any issues with them
