There was no WiFi, the sign for the hotel was on a paper on the window while the bigger sign on the hotel had a different name, the blankets were thin, and it looked like they were remodeling. However, the room was clean, the air conditioning was pretty good, the staff was nice, and there were a lot of shops nearby, although they were mostly for food.

The train station near is very convenient, around there is a lot of restaurants options. The staff are good with everything you need and also they cleaned the room every day. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was broken the last few days but changed us to another room in 2 floor.

My room was clean. The air conditioning was working the way it should. When it came to the TV channel l was trying to watch it but that channel wasn’t working properly, no big deal. I could watch it on my phone. It was my first time at this hotel, but my second time in this area and l like that the train station is close. which it’s the 7 train. Lots of shops near. Personally l just needed a place where to leave my bags( stuffs) and to lay my head down at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was ok for the price. Place was clean. I did not like that dead bolt on front door wasn’t the best. For peace of mind I propped chair under door handle. Water was hot for showers. The hotel is a shelter for migrants but I did not have any issues with them

Needed a place to stay for 2 days. It’s a budget hotel and I didn’t expect much from it. There were 4 security guards and 1 front desk clerk. Not sure what goes on here but that got me a bit worried about my safety. Room were updated and as pictured but I guess I’m one of the few guest that got a small dirty room. There were dirt on lots of places, paint chips, dirty drapes, dirty curtains, refrigerator door wouldn’t stay close, tv remote dirty, door handles loose. Had a good window view but the windows were very dirty. The place was cheap and very convenient to shops and restaurants. I think there’s lots of small improvements the place can make that will improve customer experience tremendously.

Concert

I got this hotel for a concert I was attending. It’s very affordable if you want a hotel close to citi field and in a good spot for food. It’s a small but nice and quiet hotel, I stayed here twice and both times had a good experience and a nice view of the city.

It is definitely not a luxury hotel in any way, but for the price compared to other options around the city it was totally fine, and it's 45 min metro to Times Square a short walk away. Lots of food options around also.
