Our flight was cancelled and we were unable to get another one for a couple of days. We were appreciative that we were able to get a room but the room was not clean. Sheets and towels were dingy. Carpet was filthy. As a positive, the staff was very friendly.

Great Value for Families

Great location for a family trip to NYC. The hotel is not in the best condition, but since we were just wanting a place to crash at night, this was not a problem. And this was the cheapest place by far. Great value as it was about a half mile walk to a train that would take you into Manhattan.

Great budget hotel for large families

Staff were polite and helpful, facilities basic but room was excellent size and comfortably slept 6 people. Location is good as not far from Manhattan. Main point is dont think it should really advertise breakfast included as all that was available to eat was yogurt and cereal bars. More choice would have been nice.

Clean, quiet, typical basic hotel. Close to restaurants and subway. Suggest to the quiet Socrates Sculpture Park which is nearby.

Great lil place to stay when inn transition. Had a flight cancellation and chose this place. Affordable, clean - some things have been upgraded while some are a bit older. Good condition though Staff was very friendly and it was very easy to check in/out

Need more energy at reception - fortunately, the cleaning staff were very friendly. Small room suited us well for our short stay, clean room and well-stocked supplies, walking distance from Costco and the shops at Broadway, Astoria, adequate parking, safe area with many food options in the nite.

The colorful room lights are amazing. The staff very friendly. My only feedback for improvement Would be to include more towels in the bathrooms, and for the televisions to have the option to connect to the Internet or to other apps.
