Hotel is well maintained in a very central part of the city, very accessible to 5th Ave, local shops and restaurants and an easy walk to MTA. Staff very friendly/helpful throughout the stay and room meticulously maintained by housekeeping on a daily basis. Would certainly stay again on a return trip to NYC.

Great location. Property is clean and spacious. Staff cleans room daily and they have a mezzaine area thats very nice that people work from. I strongly recommend especially for the rate. Also super close to Prada, Louis Vuitton, and other high end stores.

Beautiful hotel in a great spot, just south of Central Park. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. One thing to note was the size of the rooms, much bigger than other hotels in the same price range which was a great suprise!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, liked the help yourself top up coffee, toilet paper, iced water plus minted water and just about everything you need during your stay in a cupboard on the mezzanine floor area. The location was very handy for likes of 5th avenue and Central Park. Rooms are a good size and cleaned every day, the shower is big and is powerful, very powerful :0)

Sonder Chambers was the best choice I could have made for our girls getaway! The moment we entered I knew I made the right choice. The staff are top notch and extremely welcoming.
