Very nice staff, extremely clean room. We may have been the first people to sleep in it. and The AC stayed cold! The bed was very hard and that is my only complaint, but we would stay there again for a quick weekend and reasonably priced.
Lots of stores nearby so if you need anything while you’re staying here, you’ll be set. If the sounds of busy streets bother you, you might want to consider a different place to stay. Overall, no serious issues!
Pros: The hotel location was excellent for our one night stay, as it was close to downtown Brooklyn and walkable to many eateries. We were able to find parking right out front. Security cameras all over.
Cons: The room was quite quaint (small). No real storage area for suitcase or clothes (if this more than one day). The true cleanliness of the room is questionable, as there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower area.
Overall, not a bad stay. We would stay here again.
Good value stay. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Hotel lacks amenities. Hotel location is in a rough looking area. Would not recommend this location for female solo travelers.
At first sight I was not impressed and immediately thought I made a big mistake, but once you see the room you are surprise of how modern, clean , comfortable bed!!
No regrets!! The only thing I was disappointed of the limited places available to eat a good meal.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The room was smallish and did not have a usable desk. Bed and bathroom were fine.
The street in front of the hotel (Church Av) is quite busy and noisy, and the room walls were not very good at keeping noise from other rooms out.
It was not clear to me whether the cleaning was "on demand" or automatic. As it was, I was there for 4 nights and only one cleaning occurred when I actually saw the cleaning lady and she asked me if I wanted the room cleaned.
The location and the ok prices make it worthwhile. But do not expect a lot.

Definitely a good hotel for the price. I stayed in the standard non smoking room with the king sized bed. The room was nice and clean, it has a good set up and good lighting and the bathroom is also clean and pretty. I enjoyed my stay and I’d definitely stay here again.
Suited my basic needs ! And the price was lower than most other options. The building is newly renovated, and the room was small but clean & comfortable. Once I was in the room: all good. But externally: the "lobby" is negligible, the "breakfast" is a to-go bag of uninteresting snacks, it's a so-so sketchy neighborhood, a 10-15 minute walk to a subway station. the staff are helpful, but difficult to understand (heavy Indian accents)
This is a new hotel on Church Ave. There are no other hotels nearby. So it is busy as it caters to a diverse group and wide area. It fit our needs as it is safe and clean and central to the subway and walkable to other neighborhoods. There are diverse ethnic restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean, light and airy. The bathrooms are a good size. It is sparse in terms of no closet but a place to hang things and a place for luggage. There is a fan with air-conditioning and heating which is necessary to block out the street noise. The entrance is small but is staffed 24/7. Staff is kind and attentive. There is coffee and tea available all the time. Continental breakfast is limited for vegetarians. If you drive, you will need to park a few blocks away.
Sleep Inn is conveniently located and safe for solo travelers. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location could use some updates and rooms are pretty small. For the price and location, would recommend.
Great value for a simple, clean, comfortable hotel room. I didn’t find the room to be “small” at all like other reviews mentioned… pretty average for what you’d expect in the area. It was great for a solo traveler / couple. AC works, staff was helpful, and amazing food in the area— all the Caribbean food your heart desires. I stayed here to walk to a concert at King’s Theater, highly recommend.
