Everything was very good. I arrived a little early for check-in, and my room was already available, which was perfect. The gym was good, and the location was convenient. Just be aware that Canal Street, in this area, has lots of street vendors selling fake designer bags along the sidewalk. There are a lot of them, so the street is very busy.

Fourth time at this hotel. Fully refurbished since our last visit. We had a club room with access to the lounge which was fab. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Only reason I’ve said good instead of excellent was the street sellers close proximity to the hotel front doors. This certainly has spread along the road and at times I found it very intimidating. It’s not a great look for the hotel. It may put me off returning to this hotel in this location which is a shame.

Overall, the location is great if you want to go shopping or catch the subway. The rooms aren't super spacious, but they are decent enough. However, I strongly suggest avoiding rooms facing Canal Street—the ventilation system draws in exhaust fumes and bad odors from the street into the room. After we requested a room change, our stay was much better. The service was good, and the furniture throughout the hotel felt fairly new.

Staff was extrememly polite and helpful and we really appreciated them! Small room and bathroom but neat and clean and well appointed with bench for 2 suitcases, fridge and coffee fixings. TV and internet too. Beautiful view of the Empire State Building. We liked the restaurants along Church Street. Sheraton entrance neat and clean but street around Sheraton was dirty and trashy. Surrounding businesses had dirty windows but were neat and clean inside. Lots of aggressive street vendors trying to sell knockoff designer bags etc.

Spacious and clean room. The only food option available was a café with very poor-quality, stale croissants and very limited choices. I also had to pay $36 for four small bottles of water, which felt extremely overpriced, especially since I later found out that complimentary bottled water was available. Overall great hotel though
