Stayed at the Royalton Park Avenue for a weekend around Christmas time and had a fantastic stay. Omar at the front desk was very helpful in checking Us in and making sure we had a great room. The staff the location and the room were fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Manhattan

We often stay at the Park Avenue Royalton when we come to NYC. The rooms are large with plenty of closet space and they all have large soaking tubs. Very luxurious. It is a very convenient location, near to buses and subways. The staff is always very helpful and nice. No complaints.

We loved our stay at the Royalton very conveniently located near to every place we wanted to visit and close to the subway. The room was amazing with the hot tub and the city view with huge windows, modern and cozy. For our surprise we got upgraded to a nicer room which was a plus. The happy hour at the Penhouse was fantastic with really good food and drinks at half price and great customer service. We really enjoyed our time there and we definitely will go back to this hotel in the future.

Their deluxe rooms are big. They do not have a sofa bed inside unless you ask and it is available. Staff was very nice and supportive. We were a group of 6 people woth a 6 yr old girl. In a very confortable area to walk everywhere and not so rushing under Christmas as Time Square or similar. The restaurant and louge not part of the hotel need to get a 5 star ++++ great food and great staff and the inwer knows his jib and how to treat guests and make them friends.

Overall the hotel was good. The room was a good size for NYC and the staff was courteous. Breakfast was just ok. Not many options and service took a really long time.
