The staff that greeted us at the door was helpful and polite. Housekeeping staffs was welcoming and warm. The pool was great for families and we had a great time. Now I do have a few suggestions: They need to please refill soap in the showers by the pool and the vents were extremely dirty. Also it would be convenient to have coffee in the lobby for guests. The valet tried to have my husband go and get the vehicle from the garage after we paid for valet which was a little confusing. Overall a nice stay 💖
