Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, eager to assist. The condition of the hotel is not good - had to move rooms because the AC unit was rattling and loud; second room was not much better. Rooms are clean but rundown. Ventilation system is old and noisy. There is no room service or even coffee/tea making facilities in rooms, and not even glasses for water.

Not happy with the booking

My stay was amazing but it was Hotels dot com that gave me the most trouble. They canceled my non-refundable room the same day I booked the room and then I didn’t get the room upgrade I paid for.

This was the most vial hotel. Everything was filthy. Your pictures make it look lovely… wrong. You have a nerve even advertising it.

If you need or want to be in midtown, it is a very convenient location. The staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was larger than average and comfortable, the bathroom was too small. The hotel is old, made me feel like I was in Europe. The lobby is classic, too bad it isnt really in use anymore. All in all Id stay here again, I think Id just ask if they have any rooms with larger bathrooms

Very convenient location close to Times Square and several subway lines. I didn't have any issues with noise- and there were parade preparations right outside while I was staying. No issues with cleanliness, either. I was pleased with the size of the room I got. I would absolutely stay again.
