The hotel is very nice and we would definitely stay there again . I want to mention Joan at the front desk who was extremely helpful , friendly and went above and beyond helping us secure a great room which helped tremendously after coming off a long trip. She answered all of our questions and explained everything we needed to know. The hotel is in the perfect spot , the lobby was welcoming with plenty of places nearby to eat and drink including a Whole Foods for groceries and other mini marts .

Great location! Great service ! Beautiful hotel and rooms. The only problem I encountered was with the pillows that are too big and the bed wasn’t firm. I did not have a pleasant sleep cause of that. I recommend the hotel to have a thinner pillows options.

The place was close to everything that's what I loved about this place. They do have many amenities however you need to ask the front desk was not the best customer service. They have for example free bike rentals, also free gym access.

Best location, super easy to get in and out of while still being in the thick of it! We walked to Broadway shows and dinners easily, and the nearby subway entrance got us downtown quickly as well. The staff is really friendly, always someone at the front door to greet you, and the check-in desk ladies are very sweet. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, AC and hot water worked great. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. Hotel is very quote compared to many others I have stay at in NYC. Close to subway and main attractions. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It really felt like a boutique hotel in the neighborhood. Would stay again.

The hotel style was charming and perfect locations for our weekend plans. We were able to walk to the theater, and subway stations were just minutes away. We parked our car on arrival and didn't need it again until we left for home. I am a woman who travelled with my teenaged daughter and niece, and we felt completely safe in the neighborhood.

Great hotel and great location. Close enough to walk to Times Square, Broadway shows, and Central Park. The hotel offers free bike rentals (a few blocks walk from the hotel) and passes to a gym nearby (no gym on site). Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the doormen.
