Everything was great - breakfast buffet exceeded expectations! Room was well equipped and comfortable though a bit cramped. Views from high floor were amazing. We booked a flight and hotel package. The first room we were assigned had a shower that was quite unpleasant. The water would come out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor. Fortunately, the hotel was very accommodating and moved us to another room without any problems. Overall, we had a pretty good stay. The breakfast was good and included all the essentials. There’s also a Starbucks on the fourth floor near the breakfast area.

This was one of the best NYC stays I’ve ever had in my life. I booked this place for my 30th birthday treat. The hotel room was quiet, the shower was large and luxurious, and everything was very clean and well kept. The staff was lovely. The breakfast had such a wide range of options and was DELICIOUS. Still thinking about my breakfast. Everything went extremely smoothly at this hotel, from valet parking, keeping my luggage with staff, and valet parking back. I would come back in a heartbeat, provided I book the place in advance again.
