Had a really pleasant stay at the Residence Inn in Queens. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the kitchenette was super convenient. Breakfast was fine – a bit more variety would’ve been nice. The breakfast area is small, but it's easy to take everything back to your room. The subway is a 10-minute walk at most. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

I mentioned the leak in the entrance of our room to the reception! She said she would send someone to take a look! When we returned to the room the water was still there! Next morning when we woke up the whole room was soaked in water! Management did nothing about it! Worst hotel ever!

My stay was a mix of excellent and things to be mindful of. My room was newly renovated, spacious, with cooking facilities and an awesome shower-overall the room was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but hectic. Take the food to your room. The location of the hotel, was quite isolated and be cautious if out at night. The subway ride into Manhattan was between 35-45 mins, easy to use and cheap.
