This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Times Square! Many shops, eateries and theaters close by. The bar has the most perfect view of Times Square. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and everything was clean.

Great, friendly check in employees, helpful with getting luggage up the service elevator when there was a big line for the elevator. The rooms were very clean and attended well daily. Location is impossible to beat for Times Square and broadway plans. Great restaurants right by too. Quiet atmosphere so no noise disruptions and heating and air conditioning worked fabulously in the rooms. Definitely will stay again.
