The hotel is located in a great central location, and the rooms themselves were very quiet. We loved everything about our stay here, the room was large for NYC, the staff was amazing and the restaurants were nice.

Wonderful staff, our room was a little warn out, but overall, great location, good price and fun things to do at the hotel. Would recommend. Only thing is they need to upgrade the coffee situation. And it would be awesome to add live music on Sunday night too.

I recently discovered this hotel in NYC. I have been going there for years and I am always unimpressed by the quality price ratio. This hotel is beautiful! High ceilings and very large rooms. Big beautiful Windows and modern. Very nice hardwood floors as well. I will be going back for sure. Highly recommended.

The hotel was really nice. Very convenient to lots of things it was a bit noisy but nothing that a sound machine can't fix. We did book 2 rooms and one of them was far superior to the other. They were the same category. We did ask for rooms together so I am sure that is why they gave us those. The only thing to note is they do charge a daily fee of $45 (amenities fee). We did not use the amenities but most all hotels nowadays charge that. And park yourself do not let the hotel do it. There is a garage across the street.

Hotel is nice. Restaurant is convenient. Staff were helpful in some regards but not others. Housekeeping was terrible and did not clean the room. They did bare minimum of changing out the towels but did not remove used coffee cups or replace new coffee essentials, or mini bar items. Rooftop bar was negligent in keeping us informed of our table. Waited four hours for a table for a bridal party. Great ambiance but the staff are indifferent to guests.

Hotel is very nice, good bar scene in the lobby and rooftop. Staff was attentive and the room is large for NYC, and the bed was just to our liking. Gave it 4 stars, would have given it 5, but the hallway is very dark by design, a little too dark for me.
