The staff was very friendly and kind and easy-going from checking in and from checking out I will definitely will be staying here more often. Everything was spotless and it smelled fantastic. The staff was really polite, especially the front desk. They gave us some great suggestions for dinner. We were in town for the parade and after a long day the comfort of the Ravel hotel was top notch.
