Great place to stay, the 6th story bar is very nice. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Only thing I would change is the size of the rooms, wish they were a little bigger but you don’t go to NYC to stay in a hotel room!

Pleasantly enjoyed my stay at the cloud one. Right next to the World Trade Center so if you get a corner room it’s well worth it and it’s very close to garages and stores including a 24/7 7/11! Definitely plan on staying again here.

This is about the 5th time I stay here. Great location, clean rooms. The lounge/bar are awesome with great cocktails by Duy (spelling?) the bartender. Same for the Cafe/Deli, great coffee, food and staff. Thank you to Marcos for the excellent service and hospitality! Cortados as they were meant to be made.

The staff, especially Elena, was very helpful and extremely nice. From the moment I arrived, I was instantly happy to be at a hotel where you truly feel that the staff is happy to have you as a guest. The breakfast was extraordinary, and the waiters were wonderful as well. Overall, I had an amazing experience. This was my first time staying at the hotel and my first visit to New York State, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is great and very convenient. The hotel is clean and fairly quiet. The elevators are also quick, we were on the 28th floor and didn't have to wait long for an elevator to come.
