The location is great and very convenient. The hotel is clean and fairly quiet. The elevators are also quick, we were on the 28th floor and didn't have to wait long for an elevator to come.

We stayed for a family trip to NYC. Great location and super clean. It is very close to the 9/11 memorial and museum as well as battery park to hop on the ferry to the Statue of Liberty. The views were great and there are good restaurants nearby. The drinks in the restaurant were extremely expensive but very good. I would definately book here again.

The hotel is nestled in the financial district with many tourist attractions within walking distance. The freedom tower, stock exchange, battery park, and many many more attractions located nearby. The staff was super friendly and eager to help with any questions. There is also several places to eat around the hotel plus the a restaurant on-site. The subway system is also near.

Well decorated hotel . Clean & friendly staff. The lounge was beautiful, & the bartender was so lovely . Wish list : the outdoor patio closed before we got to the lounge . It should remain open as it is an amenity that would be great to have a drink . Also bar did not ketchup , hahah random but weird when you order fries .

Was only here for one night. The staff were very nice and helpful. Loved the location of the hotel! Hotel was nice and clean. The only con is the luggage situation. Holding and collecting bags takes a while as they only have one person doing it. Other than that, great hotel. I would recommend!

Location is great and staff was very helpful....thank you Carl! We originally had an room with an adjoining door and it was super loud, so we had to move from 9th to 10th floor and it was much better. Restaurant was nice too!
