Customer service was excellent, we were able to check in early without any problem and after checking out, they offer the option of storing bags during the day at no additional charge. The room was very comfortable and the view was incredible. Quiet area, staff was very nice. My only reason for rating this hotel 4 stars is the deli. The cafe/deli was not good. Everything took very long to come to the table, and the breakfast wasn’t good. The staff there were kind but the service was extremely slow. Next time I would take the walk to a local spot.
