Our stay at the Pestana Park Avenue hotel was wonderful! We stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel a fantastic base to explore New York. The room was spotless and the staff were very helpful.

This is a great hotel for people, looking for convenience and new construction and cleanliness in New York City. The rooms are very small, but everything is new and everything works.
