The staff is very welcoming and customer-oriented. The terrace patio was under construction during my last stay, and is now open and a great space.
Park Terrace is rapidly becoming my go-to NYC hotel.

Great location, clean and friendly staff. They’re in the midst of some construction in the common areas, but it didn’t impact my stay.

Room is very clean, new bath and bedding materials. Very small west facing rooms with very little natural light even by NY standards. One elevator was not working so I walked the stairs a lot. Only on the third floor so no problem for me. Coffee maker is nespresso style, only espresso cups which was fashionable but I just wanted to make coffee. Location is great, at this price point you can find a bigger room that’s comparable in quality.

An excellent choice for a trip to New York , whilst the hotel has few facilities it makes up for it by the great location.modern comfortable rooms A safe location as a woman I walked most places, great restaurants locally and excellent transport links .

My boyfriend and I stayed here for an early birthday weekend for me. From the moment we arrived, Harry was extremely charismatic and eager to make our stay perfect! I had requested a room with a view (since it was my birthday weekend) and when we got up to the room we saw a brick wall. I went down and talked to Harry about how I had requested a view (and totally understood that I was told it would only happen based on availability) and Harry made it happen!! On top of that fabulous hospitality, they were able to hold our bags and food while we walked around our last day after check out! If I stay in the city again, this is where you will find me :)
