Grateful for a quiet night

Perfectly clean. Extremely personable front-desk night clerk, who knows the true meaning of 'hospitality.' Good a/c and shower, comfy bed with soft sheets and an extra pillow.

For price was worth it and parking was ample because of location was 45mins away from where I planned to go but didn’t mind only issue is the towels provided it was made for kids so I suggest u bring your ADULT size towels with u

The elevator and hallways smells, the front desk person appear unkept and the entrance is unappealing. It would appear as if the hotel was design for the homeless.....considering that i happen to see one hanging out in the lobby area.

I like the fact there was available parking, the place is semi-decent, location is ok in terms of safety; let's just say I did not feel unsafe but considering it is New York, you are somewhat close to Linden, Queen s Jamaica, Commack and anything on Jericho Turnpike. Wonderful, drama-free neighbourhood. but since there was no fridge, microwave, and cable in the room, I believe the price was too high. I would have rather stayed elsewhere if it were not for its proximity to where I had to attend to avoid traffic. Aside from that, the place is very clean, and the staff is amazingly awesome.

If you were looking for something inexpensive and clean this will be the place. The hotel does not have much eye appeal; this is more of a place to lay your head for a couple days. Make sure you include packing a tablet or laptop for entertainment purposes as the television has only about 3 to 4 channels one may be a movie channel. Also make sure you pack your toiletries they don’t offer soap and other toiletries there is a Rite Aid up the street if you forget. Again, please remember this hotel is not a luxurious stay it’s clean and it’s a place to lay your head if you’re going to be in that area for a few days. The staff is very friendly.

Not even the simplest breakfast nor coffee or tea could be found on premises and front desk not there to help really. Was overcharged for prepay amount! Now I have to spend time on the phone haggling for a refund! You guys suck!

The bed was broken and sagging in the middle. There were stains on the carpet, pillow cases, lamp shades, everywhere. The doors were very loud when closing, and people were banging on their doors all thru the night. There is no breakfast like that say and show. Run down and iver priced for what you get. This is a $50 a night place that is charging $115. I should have slept in my car instead of staying here. Negative 2 stars out of 5.

This should only be rated 2 out of 5

I had to carry my two suitcases (one carryon bag, one large suitcase) up several steep stairs one at a time just to get in the hotel and then the room was so small there wasn’t enough room to open both suitcases. Then the tv cable only had 3 channels and every channel had really loud static noise. Good price but you compromise for quality significantly.

The property had a Musty smell. I put my bathfoot on the carpet by mistake and it felt damp, almost sticky. The toilet barely flushed and made a loud gurgling sound as it refilled. The water barely came out of the bathroom faucet and shower and made a racket when they were on. Towels felt like sandpaper but there were toiletries. Staff stated no smoking but the facility reeked of weed. Staff was nice
