Had a great stay at the Omni in Manhattan! The staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate me and provide excellent service, including some thoughtful extra perks that made the stay feel special. I loved the location, and the room was surprisingly spacious, calm, and comfortable, especially for Manhattan. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

I love the bed at this hotel. The staff were nice and the room was clean. The issue is the room did not have a fridge of any sort. Also the city has the parking blocked off and I was not told about this until I got there and wanted to use the valet.

An iconic hotel in the best location possible! Real classic, quiet luxury. Incredible service and attention to detail. Lenny, the famous TikTok Bellman was the icing on the cake! Such a wonderful man providing impecable service, while putting a smile on everyone’s face! Totally recommended.

Lovely property conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and many attractions. The property was clean and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms are and were treated to beverage service in the morning. We stayed here previously and would stay here again.
