Two elevators which are super tiny, also rooms are very small and the bed frames will hurt if you run in to them, hot water was spotty. However seredipity is right down stairs, staff is amazing and the location is a can’t beat for the price

The shower was awful. The caulking was stained with mold, and insects came out of the drain. The air conditioner was working, BUT the compressor was extremely loud. I needed earplugs to block out the noise. We could hear it from the elevator, which was five or six rooms away. Other than that, the lobby is beautiful and clean, and the staff is very kind. I don't know if it was intentional, but there were no cups in the room.

The location was good. The room was poor in the following ways: very small; insufficient AC; very uncomfortable mattress; noisy box springs making it hard to sleep; tiny bathroom in which it was challenging to turn around; bad soundproofing where door closings in hallway was very loud making it hard to sleep. I will never return.

The hotel was in a great place. The staff was nice. Check in and out was easy. Tip if staying let the water run for a little bit to allow for the water to warm up. I would definitely stay again.

Great location if your going to Broadway Shows. Staff was friendly. Rooms are tiny but space is at a premium there. No fridge or way to get ice from what I could see if those are things you care about. Probably wouldn't stay there if I was with a family. But if you want to spend less on lodging and need something that gets the job done this is a great place. No issues with my AC or outside noise.

There really aren't too many amenities but that is not why we chose this hotel. It was perfectly located for our needs (shows and shopping). The rooms are small so will probably need two rooms for a family of four, but I was able to get a last minute room for a great deal. Would definitely visit again.
