We had an awesome stay overall. The room was clean and appeared to be updated. It was also spacious, which made it comfortable. The view we booked was very nice and definitely one of the highlights of my stay. We were definitely in the heart of everything! The room included convenient amenities, including blackout curtains and soundproof walls. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here for future bookings

Overall everyone here was very helpful. The one thing they need to work on is the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room. Need better attention on the bathroom. That was the only issue. The location was perfect, room service was great as well.

This hotel was a perfect spot for seeing some shows and being NYC tourists! The room was very comfortable and clean and had a nice (side) view of Times Square, and was very quiet even though there was a ton going on. It was also super easy to get to the subway when we needed it. I’d definitely stay there again especially since we got a good deal on the room for the location.

M Social has a great lobby & wonderful view of Times Square w an outdoor balcony. There was a local music group playing & big screen tv for sports. Restaurant prices are reasonable, small bites & limited menu. Breakfast is $35. We chose a view of the river, paid extra & enjoyed it. It's close to theaters. The room was large. Staff were helpful. You enter on street but go 1 floor up for check in.

Close to Times Square and everything! Ball drop view! Terrace/private party to watch the ball drop is crazy expensive, charging $157 per person! We went to TS instead, and it's a free watch party. We had so much fun celebrating my birthday! The check-in receptionist was so helpful, patient, professional, and friendly. Check-out was quick and easy too.

MSocial is reasonably priced for a nice hotel a few steps off Broadway. It has a view of Times Square from the 5th floor bar/restaurant. Had a little problem with our initial room, but the manager was very helpful in moving us to a better room. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

Great location with a spectacular view of Time Square. Our room had one of the most comfortable mattresses we have ever experienced. Neat and clean room. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good also. Paid Parking was one block down but wasn’t a problem at all. We walked everywhere and didn’t need the car until we left.
