This hotel has a great location near the east river close to the Piers. The front desk staff was very polite and quick to help us check in. Our room was clean, quiet, and the bed felt very cozy. The WiFi had great connectios at all time and breakfast was amazing. Overall, it is a good value for the price and I would stay here again!

I really like the location. It feels very safe. And transportation is very accessible, as are restaurants and shops....all within a few blocks. The staff was tremendously friendly and very eager to assist. Additionally, the food and drinks were great!

We love Seaport and the location of the hotel was the reason we chose to stay there this time instead of nearer Wall Street/One World Trade. However, it did feel slightly out of the way being the far end of Seaport. The staff were great, very helpful and polite. We had a few drinks in the bar which were all delicious. The room was a decent size and had lots of space to unpack and relax. Bathroom was also great. The hotel was clean, but was a little dated.

Contrary to several previous experiences at very expensive NYC hotels that are disappointing in many ways, 33 Hotel was an absolute - and surprising - delight. Check-in was swift, the staff go out of their way to help with everything from luggage and loads of bags to helpful guidance about the best of the local restaurants. The room was unbelievably quiet and decently sized, the beds were perfectly comfortable, and the two-sinked well appointed bathroom was a bonus. We stayed 4 nights and are glad we did!

I stayed in the Bridge terrace room for 2 nights. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and by the seaport. If you get a room with the terrace facing the bridge, you’ll have an amazing view. Cons: The hotel itself, unfortunately, is not a 5 star hotel as listed on google. It’s barely a 4 star, if at all. Everything is showing wear and tear. From the elevators, hallways, and especially the rooms. The room itself had a lot of issues. Cracked and damaged ceilings in the bathroom. Insect stains/parts on the walls. Hair (not mine) on the shower head. Coffee beans on the carpet floor. Cigarette butts on the terrace. Needless to say housekeeping needs to do a better job. Broken bathroom door lock. I can go on with the cons, but these were the first things I noticed within the first few minutes. Obviously there is a cost to a refresh renovation, but this hotel definitely needs it.

Super clean hotel, spacious comfortable room and beautiful marble bathroom. (The hot water in the shower ran out a bit too quickly for 2 people to use it.) Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little pricey. Overall I recommend staying here when in the Seaport neighborhood.

The outstanding features of the hotel are the staff and location. The hotel itself was good plus. There are minor things, such as the lounge furniture suffering from white glove neglect and the window seals (at least in our room) allowing cold air in and resulting in an annoying draft.
