Beautiful room, really spacious and was cleaned daily. Where provided with complementary snacks and drinks + coffee machine, iron, umbrella, tote, etc. The staff were very kind and friendly. Hotel had a good location in comparison to the subway,just two city blocks away. We had a balcony room and quite honestly I’ve never in my life seen a room that small. Front desk was more than helpful and courteous

Overall, lovely place to stay. We got the package with the breakfast included and it was wonderful - unique, flavorful entree choices. The staff was very helpful, kind and attentive. Clean room, shower included a rain style head as well as a typical shower head. Location was near a subway stop, so made travel around NYC very easy. Only downside was that the HVAC didn’t keep a consistent temperature, if the AC was on, the temp dropped to 55 regardless of temperature setting, if the heat was on, it raised to over 80. But - overall, we enjoyed our stay!
