Well located relative to attractions and transportation. Lots of in-hotel food and drink options, and they have complementary miniature pastries in the afternoon in the lobby. Mandatory daily fee mostly covered things we never used (bike/scooter share, news service), but you do get credits you can spend on in hotel food and drink, enough to buy tea and a cookie or subsidize the price of a meal.

Great location, near the subway system and lots of tourist sites were within walking distance, The only thing I didn't like, that there was no fridge in the room we booked. But the rooms were clean and they have great helpful staff.

Rooms and the hotel itself are lovely. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful but we did get some conflicting information about the $15 daily credit. The bar was very nice and great service, but the Carnegie Deli was only average food and average service. The lapse in the quality of the Deli will NOT stop us from staying at the hotel again.

I stayed here for the weekend and had a very great stay . The location was convenient , the two “ bad “ reviews this place had that i seen when booking was them not applying the $15 food credit per day . I had a great experience with it, we ordered room service and they actually asked us if we wanted to apply the $15 credit toward it. The other complaint i seen from people was the room was small. I thought it was a great size , we stay at Disney often at value resorts and felt we had more room in this room ( besides the bathroom ) which wasn’t the end of the world. Would for sure stay here again.
