The stay at this hotel went great! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was near all attractions and you could see the ball drop from the hotel. The pool was small but nice. There is room service until midnight and the food is really good from there. No complaints!

Fantastic stay and the staff was lovely. Room service is not connected to the hotel so you have to place orders (vs charge the room) which is not a big deal but if the restaurant is very busy you have to contact them yourself (they sometimes won’t pick up if they’re too busy). Overall really enjoyed our stay and will comeback again

Honestly I was a little embarrassed to tell people I was staying at a Margaritaville in New York City, but it turned out to be a great hotel. The location is central in Times Square, so extremely close to transit options. Additionally, the facility was very well-maintained and the pool area was nice. I'd highly recommend it!

A fun spot that gave such a different vibe than traditional New York! ! The rooftop pool is on the smaller side, but it’s a nice amenity and adds a great atmosphere to the experience. The food was really good — definitely a highlight — and the drinks delivered exactly what you’d hope for from a Margaritaville. All in all, solid value for what you get.
