There was a staff at the front desk that was very rude during the night, however, never got the name. We had arrived from eating out, with a family member of mine that came to see us and we were making plans to go out to time square late at night. I and my friend who had booked were getting to go out again while my friend waited for us to finish, the staff called our room not once but twice telling us we couldn't have my family member be there and even accused us of having four people in the room. He demanded her to leave. It was very rude and uncalled for, we couldn't even get ready and became annoyed that we canceled our plans to go out due to my family member been kicked out. Besides that experience everything else was good.

There was a family living above us who kept running around until late at night. It was difficult to sleep due to running footsteps. We complained and it eventually stopped but it went on for 3 hours. The beds were very comfy and the room was very clean though

Stayed here for New Years with my boyfriend. It’s a fairly new hotel so it was really nice and clean! Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. At one point we had left our room keys in a Lyft and was able to get a replacement from reception right away. It is a bit far from restaurants and public transportation though, but other than that we enjoyed our stay!
