Great location, stunning view of Empire State Building from Rooftop bar. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with all usual amenities. Wish he had explored the convenience room on floor 2 earlier in our stay, where we could have filled our complimentary water bottles with an array of different flavoured waters in addition to the variety of teas and freshly brewed coffees available. Central to everywhere and would definately stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised that I he room had a separate bedroom from the main room. Hotel itself was extremely clean, staff was beyond helpful. Coffee/water/tea available 24/7 on the 2nd floor was a nice amenity. The restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient and with a nice menu variety. Within walking distance of MSG as well as many shopping and eating destinations. Would stay there again if traveling to NYC.

Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The room and rest of the hotel was so nice and clean. A really nice touch was getting water bottles when we checked in and being able to fill them up in the 24-hour convenience room. Awesome! And the location was perfect for getting anywhere quickly.

Jean Paul, Raefael, Lexie were absolutely amazing! The care and customer service went above and beyond! The hotel is hip and CLEAN! Housekeeping was amazing and my room was always kept clean. Love love loved the roof top bar! Great way to unwind and get a beautiful view of the Empire State Building! I would stay here again!

This was a great find in Midtown. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, the location was perfect - close to lots of things - and the room was very nice and quite large. The rooftop bar was a great plus as well and directly across the street was a very good Mediterranean restaurant.

Location was amazing, staff was kind and very informative with suggestions for food, public transit and touristy tips The train is 1/2 a block away and connects to so many parts of the city Rooms looks recently renovated, very clean and plush bedding, AC was very strong, rooftop is a must see and guests have access to it 24/7 Would stay here again in a Manhattan minute!!

They prioritized my early check in despite not having availability. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They take pride in their work and treat visitors with the upmost respect. They give out water bottles upon arrival and have a beverage station on the 2nd floor. That was super cool, great for the environment and helps with hydration! The beverage center had fun seltzer machines, coffee, tea, and accompaniments. The room was very clean, modern, pretty, and the windows actually opened. I would 100% come back and would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone coming to NYC.
