We loved staying at the INK 48! Front desk staff were all very nice and efficient, housekeeping ladies were very respectful, rooms beautiful, bed comfy, rooftop bar AMAZING and breakfast delicious. No complaints. Super easy to get around too. Would love to come back!

All the staff were wonderful. The shower could’ve used a deeper clean & we had to ask for more towels immediately as we had 3 guests and only 2 towels in the whole room. Room key stopped working although we paid for late check out in advance which was inconvenient, but all in all I would definitely stay here again and enjoyed it.

Typical crowded traffic, and unfortunately the winds blew some spilled trash around. Hotel staff very congenial and facility very nice for a boutique hotel. Idealy located for our stroll to a Broadway show at the Wintergarden Theatre, and Manhattan Terminal destination.

Loved this property! The staff were lovely to interact with. Gave me a lovely room. The room could use a deep cleaning and the linen could’ve been better (stained sheets) but the stay overall was comfortable. I would definitely stay again and check out the rooftop next time. Property is somewhat out of the way of the main strip however you are at least 1 block away from some decent dining options ... Around the corner I found a quaint coffee bread shop Sullivans Bread company (47th street) that has great coffee and delicious baked goods. This might be an option for a light breakfast. The roof top is opened now after going through some extensive renovations. It has a great view of the city and Hudson river. A must see!

We will definitely stay here again. Comfortable room, staff very welcoming etc all good. The negative was garbage everywhere just north of the property. Really unsightly. Congratulations to the “Rat Tsar” of NYC. Didn’t see one rat during our stay in the city!!! Things are looking’ up in that respect!

Not a lot going on in this neighbourhood- but fairly short walk to Times Square. Rooms are large for NYC. They were clean and good supply of toiletries. Staff were pleasant. The (newly opened) restaurant was beautiful, with awesome views of the city- sadly the weather wasn’t good enough to sit outside but we weee made to feel very welcome to sit and have drinks
