I would 100% book this hotel in NYC again - the location was amazing, with walking distance to Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building, Broadway, Times Square, etc. The hotel was beautifully maintained, cleaned and well cared for, with the staff being just as wonderful.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were not ready since we came at noon but they held our bags for us. Rooms very clean and amenities available for free on request like coffee and waterpot. Rooms a bit on the pricey side but the location was also good so well worth it. Will be coming back in the future.
