I wasn’t able to stay there because of a big storm that canceled thousands of flights. I tried to contact the hotel the day before to try to see if I could get at least credit for another time. This hotel is impossible to get ahold of and the person I finally spoke with said she didn’t own this place anymore. So there was no way to tell them I wasn’t coming or to see if I could use credit for a future visit. Very disappointing.
