This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. The restaurant on site was very good - cool atmosphere and good service. The property was at very close proximity to Times Square. The parking too is available just across the street. Their Vallet service team is very prompt and will be quick to guide you. The concierge was helpful and guided us on the various points of interest nearby. Also their customer service team provided us details on the IHG's Ambassador programme and we were very happy to enrol for it.
