I loved my stay here!! Will be coming back. The staff is elite in every department. I used to work for St. Regis and Fairmont and I know service when I see it! For that reason, it is hard to impress me- but Intercontinental has their shot together! Everyone is impeccably trained and has an amazing attitudes. Bravo! The brunch is bomb as well! Everything at the Intercontinental was great. The staff was warm and inviting, the room was as kept very cleaning but there was one small issue. The towels were desperately needing to be replaced. Several of them were actually thread barren. I expected much more lush towels.
