My room was always clean when I walk in. The staffs are always friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower and the toilet. Water keeps dripping to the floor when I shower and the toilet sounds like it’s always clog. Other than that, everything was wonderful for me.

Okay room. Found a few stains on the sheets and on the towels given in the bathroom. We were two young women and did not feel safe in the area.

This place is horrible! The bathtub was dirty at the bottom. The toilet was visibly dirty! The phone didn’t work so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. When I inquired about a late checkout I was told there was a policy stating all late checkouts were subject to a twenty dollar per hour charge. I asked to see it in writing when I was checking out to no avail. Overall the best part of the experience was coming through the lobby!
