Great stay and location. We were lucky and found street parking. So many places to eat and check out nearby. Property was clean. We booked a skyline room and stayed on the 42nd floor and the view was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Room was clean and good use of the space for how much space there was. The elevators take forever. We waited at least 20-25 min to get on the elevator to leave, getting up to the room was maybe 5-10 min wait. Breakfast was a nice touch but very busy. Good location and walkable.

Staff were very helpful and respectful. We stayed in king size bed with sofa bed room and it was just enough space for coming and going for 3 people. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’d ever had as one thats included. The least favorite was waiting for the elevator. Sometimes the wait was 20 minutes and then we just took the stairs down several flights. Great location in midtown NYC. Close to subway and in a center location for all the touristy spots. Would stay here again knowing the small difficulties.

Honestly, it’s nothing special but it’s not bad. Location is prime that’s for sure but the breakfast is terrible. Like not even worth to say you offer free breakfast, we literally couldn’t eat it and still had to end up going out to get breakfast
