The room was very clean, comfortable beds and linens. The fitness center did not offer much and was small but had a patio to look over the city. Neighborhood was busy and difficult for ubers to get to.

I found in New York with so many restaurants that I didn’t utilize the free breakfast, we did use it one morning and the food was ok. The only criticism I have about the room was that it took a bit to get the air-conditioning working and the bathroom was always super hot. Staff was very helpful though.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at Hyatt House. From check-in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly accommodating, and I was thrilled to receive an awesome room upgrade that made the experience even better. The upgraded room was spacious, modern, spotless, and offered beautiful views. The bed was very comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful, and the location made it easy to explore the city on foot. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service—the team truly went above and beyond. I’d happily stay again and recommend Hyatt House to family and friends.

The room was very clean and the staff accommodated my request of a view of the Empire State Building. Staff was helpful checking in and out. They held our luggage prior to check in and after checkout. Breakfast was until 9am and I got there at 8:30 and the place was decimated. Nothing left at all. Go early!

Overall. I would highly recommend the Hyatt House! Accommodations were great. We had a nice-sized corner room with a view of the Empire State Building, a good-sized bathroom, and a small kitchenette that came in very handy during our stay. It was also wonderful to have the breakfast buffet included in the room rate! The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff was very accommodating, and the front desk staff was very welcoming each time we arrived and left the building. Suggestions that would have enhanced our experience: 1. The lobby could be more inviting. Very small and not decorative. 2. The business center in the hallway by the bathroom on the second floor didn't make any sense to me- not private. 3. The rooftop area by recreation could use some nice outside furniture to offer a place to retreat from just being in the room when not out on the town. 4. The large space that is used for breakfast could be more of a multi-purpose space to offer a place for people to convene and meet, since the lobby is not conducive to that purpose. Thanks !
