The room was very clean. We were 4 in the room and felt it was spacious. Beautiful rooftop bar with a perfect view of the Empire State building. The location is excellent. Staff was great! My only complaint was having to wait 45 mins for my car from valet on my departure day

Samantha at the front desk was amazing, so helpful! The bartenders at the rooftop bar were so much fun! Bottles of water in the fridge hit the spot. Bedding is comfortable, toiletries smell great. Fabulous hotel, clean updated very nice. Little trouble with booking a room for four people and only receiving two towels. Left the room for over six hours, still came back to only two towels. We had after called requesting two more prior to going out. however, if that’s the worst that happened we could live with it. Excellent location close to Madison Square Gardens. Rooftop patio/bar was amazing. The view of the Empire State building was breathtaking. Happy hour was awesome! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Every thing was nice and clean, My only complaint was the bed. it was hard and not the comfortable bed you expect for the price 200 a night! oh and the coffee tasted like wet sock!!! so yea it was ok oh and they doubled charged my card with a $250 holding fee! I hope that gets put back into my card as i bought booked the hotel with you guys.

We booked the property for a two night stay. The room was clean and renovated but there were issues with the air conditioning. Given that it was almost 35 degrees outside, it was really important for us that it was cool inside. The hallways do not have AC and the hot air was seeping into our room. Despite the fact that the AC was set to 68F (~20C), the room itself remained at almost 28C. We called and spoke to staff but no resolution was offered (no fan, someone to take a look at the AC, a change of room, nothing). The gym in the basement was well stocked however it smells like pee down there. There’s also only one person working the “front desk” so check in took over 20 minutes as the group in front of us was taking a long time and there was no one else available to check us in. The location is convenient however I wouldn’t rebook this hotel.

We only needed to stay for one night but if we need another nyc stay again we definitely will be considering this hotel if we need to be in that part of the city!!! Great service from the staff and they were so nice and helpful! The room was super nice and clean, unfortunately it rained so we could not use the rooftop bar but we'll definitely try again during our next visit!
