Honestly, I would like very much to like this property but they really need to infuse more capital investment to improve the property. Those large rooms needs the necessary renovations. Awesome location, big rooms, some staff are nice and cordial not all, i gave this one os many chances but it boils down to having fresh investments to make this property remotely acceptable.

Hotel was clean and cozy. My family of four were comfortable a little small but understandable considering we were in New York. Only dislike was they never went by to freshen up the room to throw trash or bring fresh towels. Other than that all good. Would stay again.

The staff was great and helpful. Thank you! The rooms were ok. Kinda dingy, not particularly dirty, but not super clean either. We had a mini fridge, but no microwave or coffee maker. We enjoyed the courtyard spaces and the open hallway layout.

This hotel is good but has so much potential to be great. The staff are all so nice and helpful when they can be. The reviews about the lack of television is true. Unless you travel with a FireStick, you will be out of luck with tv in the room. One of the lights in my room didn’t work(I did inform the front desk but decided it wasn’t a big deal(for me)). The toiletries could be better and having the ability to have ice in your room would be great( they gave me a bag of ice & not like from the store; not very convenient). But with all of this, i honestly will prolly stay here again. It’s not far from train/subway and very close to plenty of places to eat and/or hang out.

The lobby and the front desk staff were great. Very helpful. We were welcomed earlier than the check I. Time and offered to put our luggage in a room u til our room was ready. Unfortunately, the a/c I. The room was very old and extremely noisy. We had to buy ear plugs to sleep. The window wouldn’t close completely so it made the room noisy since it was right beside a highway ramp and downtown New York. The wifi did not work and was saying “no internet connection “ for over 24 hours unless I was in the lobby. And lastly, all the vents in the room were filthy, full of dust and mold. I doubt asking for a different room would have made anything better. I did share my concerns with the staff.

The staff were very friendly. Our room was not cleaned properly and the bedding was missing sheets and just didn’t seem all put together. Definitely has the bare minimum for a hotel room if that works for you, the location was great.

Excellent stay at Hudson Yards. 15 minute walk to both Grand Central & Penn Station. A few blocks from Hell's Kitchen & Times Square. Clean room, spacious with a lovely sunny courtyard. The lobby bathroom was not available sadly. I wish there were water bottles provided at check-in since the water filter was slow/popular. The cleaning staff were very friendly & provided lots of towels/made the bed DAILY! Front desk helped accommodate luggage storage which was excellent for exploring the city after check-out. Would def return!

The room was great, staff was friendly, I didn’t get the chance to use any amenities so cannot really speak on that. I didn’t notice the door to the room had several gaps, not a huge issue, but notable. The AC was also fine but extremely loud. Again not a deal breaker but one night I just turned it off so my sleep wasn’t disturbed. Would likely stay here again at some point though!
