Nice budget hotel in a decent location. The area is not the nicest. However, it is close to public transit and we did not spend much time in the area. Staff was very nice and helpful for extra towels and other amenities.

Although my key card didn’t work initially (and another guest had the same issue), the front desk staff noticed I was tired from carrying my luggage. Instead of just reprogramming the card, they kindly walked upstairs with me to make sure it worked and that I could get into my room. I really appreciated their willingness to help and their thoughtful customer service.

Property is located in a great neighborhood called Long Island city. Great vibe. Great New York style pizzeria 2 blocks away, around the corner has a great Latin food restaurant called mama’s. Close Queens bourough bridge. I walked across into manhattan. I will come back to go to a Mets game

Was a decent hotel but for the price it could have been better. Bathrooms were large and nice but there was no dresser or closet. Also very rough neighborhood, didn’t feel safe at night. Still overall it was a positive experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of food options and 10 min walk from subway.
