This hotel is in excellent Location. Within walking distance to the Little Italy, Chinatown, and downtown Courthouse area. Room is clean, staff is friendly, parking garage is few steps away. We parked in front of the hotel to check-in, unload our luggage, cart to our room then park in the garage. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel is next to Italy town and China town in NY. Great location to walk to these locations daily. This hotel is smaller than other chain hotels and older but clean. They do not have public restrooms on the lobby floor . The 2 bedrooms were divided nicely to have privacy if traveling with 2 couples. I would stay here again.

Hotel was very clean, great food places to eat around! Great value for what you get. We got to stay in the king bedroom with a terrace. We were hoping to book it again later this year, but it seems like the terrace room is all booked up. The view is totally worth it. It’s all good. We liked it so much.
