Great room and nice size with a king bed and roomy bathroom. We checked in around 11pm so were happy to have a cozy bed and lots of fluffy pillows. Staff was helpful and check-in was smooth-going. Will consider another stay when we're in Manhattan as location was awesome!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Chelsea! The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, subway stations, and many of the attractions we wanted to visit. It was incredibly convenient to have everything we needed within walking distance. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel at home and were always willing to assist with recommendations or questions. The combination of a great location, attentive service, and easy access to everything Chelsea and New York City have to offer made this an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in NYC.
