Great location but that’s about it. I have stayed in much better hotels in the same area for less money. The whole hotel is a bit run-down, the facilities are poor, breakfast not great, wifi barely worked, there’s a plastic lining under the bed sheet which makes sleeping uncomfortable (but great if I pee myself of course). Overall it’s not a 4-star hotel, 2-3 star for me, overpriced for what it is. Will find somewhere else next time.

Excellent day, especially for the price!

Beautiful location in the flower district easy to walk too many locations as well as Subway stations close by. Staff was very kind and responsive very clean!

2 rooms with the ac units rattling sound i couldn't sleep and homeless literally sitting out side the hotel is not worth it do not book in that area

Upon check-in the tv did not work and a window shade fell to the floor. Maintenance fixed both The shower only had scalding hot water and could not be adjusted to put out cold water and the shower hand sprayer did not work at all.

Good price, safe hotel, fantastic location. But... room was a bit worse for wear, dirty (not filthy). It's a perfectly fine place if you're looking to save money - but with about 10 hotels in the near few blocks, they need to slap a few coats of paint on the rooms and maybe do a bit of deep cleaning. Staff was very friendly. Loved the breakfast guys vibe - put me a good mood for the day.

Very nice place, for the value.

The staff were AMAZING! the bed was stiff, to me. The pillows, I felt, were too soft. Hand soap in the bathroom would have been helpful.

Property was perfect location to walk to many places and hop on a subway... A/C was not working two nights out of the three we were there and it was hot in the room. We were gone for most of the day and hoped to come back to a cool room but nope. Sleeping and sweating was not cool.
