the room and hotel were expected for the price however the AC WREAKS omg the air coming out smells like stale urine

The check in was good. Very disappointed the room was book for 3 adults, the hotel just provided 2 towels 1 small & 2 washcloths. No coffee maker or microwave, and the room didn't have a don not disturb door sign plus, the parking was deceitful and the cigarette smoke smell reeked for a none smoking floor. Wasn't happy

Definitely want to say THANK YOU to Shakira (I may be spelling her name wrong, she works at the front desk) She was amazing! Anything we needed, she was there! Her customer service was 10000000/10. The hotel was clean and neat. There was a bridge not very far from the hotel that was very filthy and filled with trash underneath. Otherwise the hotel was good.

The staff is a little bit rude when it comes to answering questions. They hang up the phone on you when you call the front desk. At 11:am exactly check out time, you have better be on your way out, if not your room phone will be ringing.
